As a former middle school teacher I worked with students varying in ability and socioeconomic background. This was my initial training in working with special needs, 504's, IEP's and alternative education. I attended graduate school to develop my professional skills further and share what I have learned to help families better function while going through the parenting years.
My approach is customized to the needs of the client, be it the entire family, a couple or one of the children. Within therapy, I weave in art, meditation, athletics, yoga, spirituality and lots of positive discussions to encourage proactive movement toward your life purpose.
